This Is Where I Leave You began principal photography on May 13, 2013 in New York City. Music directed By Michael Giacchino who was hired to score the film on October 9, 2013. In This Is Where I Leave You, Jason Bateman acts as Judd Altman, one of the four combative siblings of the Altman family and the protagonist.  He is married to Quinn, whom he recently caught cheating on him with his boss. Tina Fey acts as Wendy Altman, one of the four siblings, a responsible mother who is married to Barry and has 2kids.She is the ex-girlfriend of her childhood friend Horry.

 Adam Driver acts as Plillip Altman, one of the four siblings; he is the baby of the family who has grown into perhaps the most troubled of the lot and with more nice characters this film will be released on September 19, 2014.

This Is Where I Leave You is a family and comedy drama film that is mainly based on Jonathan Tropper’s book which was same name. In this film Jonathan Tropper also wrote the film’s screenplay and this film is directed by Shawn Levy.

 

This Is Where I Leave You is the four pugnacious siblings of the Altman family with Bateman, Fay, Driver and Stoll reunite at their childhood home after their father dies, all stranded for a week of sitting Shiva {their father’s last request}.
